Apple’s new Iphone model, set to be released soon, has brought attention to their new AI feature called “Apple Intelligence,” which has sparked a debate across  the internet.

Artificial Intelligence is noted to be a core component of modern technology for the past decade, showcasing its boundless possibilities.

In recent years, with the introduction of ChatGPT, there has been an re-ignited interest and development of the field.

As the market flourishes, Apple, who continuously showed their interest in AI technology, has introduced their distinctive AI technology, after Siri (Apple’s AI virtual assistant)’s release.

Apple intelligence was recently officially introduced on October 29th for  the products that meet the hardware specification: Only the devices with the most recent chips (A17, A18) were listed as to be compatible with Apple intelligence.

Apple has described their new AI as to be a thorough supportive tool to be precise in terms of understanding what the user actually wants. 

To enhance the quality of this feature, Apple has collaborated with ChatGPT, a leading name in the field.

As to introduce their specific roles, Apple intelligence highlighted their dominance on linguistic assistance.

Apple intelligence was found to be capable of changing the tone and fixing grammar mistakes and vocabulary to the standard of what users want.

It also copied handwritings and created suggestions using the exact handwriting it analyzed which have surprised a lot of people.

Moreover, Apple Intelligence offers  upgraded Siri experience, integration  of ChatGPT, and custom image creation.

With customers receiving these massive changes and introductions, the majority of them are currently showing positive reactions to how useful and efficient the technology is.

People are stating that the technologies Apple have shown are unprecedented and will maintain as a standard to AI technologies within the combination of a phone.

Conversely, there are contrasting opinions regarding how Apple organized their AI sale.

The issue is that Apple intelligence wasn’t provided to the people who bought the latest Iphone model for over a month, resulting in significant unfavorable responses from the audience.

Customers who purchased the 16th line of Iphone expecting the AI to be installed, weren't able to access the function that they purchased with the phone.

Apple has been continuously causing problems with products announced to have certain abilities missing in which is what they have promised, which is receiving complaints about it.

Moreover, criticisms have also emerged  regarding Apple’s disregard for the older models .

Apple is famous for having a short insurance time with old products as they set products older than 4 years just as to be out of service.

Once a product is out of service, any part of Apple’s insurance, including fixes and repairs, get rejected.

With this adding up to the current situation where they support Apple Intelligence only to the newer models, have caused people to rage from the absurdity.

With all these reasons, the blame is going towards Apple’s marketing facets.

As a result, Apple’s new AI technology, Apple intelligence,  is causing ambivalent and controversial reactions among consumers.
