Climate change is the main cause of the hottest temperature ever recorded for Spain in April

On April 27th to 28th in Spain, climate change has caused several cities to be striked by the hottest April temperature ever recorded for Spain.
The temperature in the capital city of Spain, Madrid, increased to 38.8 degrees celsius.
Temperatures in other cities in Spain, such as Serville and Cordoba, had reached 37 to 39 degrees celsius.
Many experts have expressed concern that this weather and the temperature in Spain is unprecedented and utmost.
The cause of this hot weather is due to the warm and dry air that blew from North Africa that landed throughout the Iberian peninsula and the Balearic islands.
It is also related to climate change with its extreme temperature in Spain, arriving a few months earlier in April.
Climate change is an extreme weather or a temperature shift which is not just a temporal phenomenon.
It often leads to shifts in temperature, creates frequent weather patterns, and leads to severe natural disasters such as drought and fire.
These effects exactly reflect the current situation in Spain.
Spain is also experiencing intense droughts affecting farmers and their plantation due to the scarcity of water.
Some even say that they would stop planting crops due to harsh weather conditions for the plants to grow healthy, which might also affect food supply, not just in Spain, but across the entire European region.
The main reason the climate change occurred and is only worsening at current status, and the cause of these severe temperature changes is greenhouse gasses that release carbon dioxide and methane.
Greenhouse gasses mostly come from driving cars, burning coal to warm up houses, and cutting down trees.
This means that us “humans” are causing the acceleration of climate change, and therefore should be responsible for it.
Due to climate change, it is expected that other countries in other continents would soon experience climate change like Spain.
Korea cannot also avoid the effects of climate change; Korea would suffer frequent typhoons as well as disappearing seasons and instead, would be a subtropical zone.
Spain is already preparing for the upcoming heat during the Summer.
Public transportations such as the Madrid underground train would operate regularly to prevent citizens from waiting in the hot weather, and public swimming pools are planning to open a month earlier than normal.
School timetables will also be set in order to keep students away from their exposure to heat.
It is now time for the world to notice the crisis caused by climate change and raise awareness to this topic.
Climate change is now unstoppable, meaning that people should start adapting to new changes in temperature and the weather.
However, it is not too late to slow down the acceleration of climate change.
One way to do this is that people can simply ride less cars and instead ride bicycles, or walk to reduce the amount of greenhouse emissions.
Riding public transportations like buses could be a solution when traveling long distances since one public transportation could give a ride to more people than a car, which can only give a ride to 5 people at most.
Furthermore, instead of burning fossil fuels for energy, people can use renewable energy such as solar power which stores sunlight and transfers it to an energy source they can use.
